Group consent

Account signup does not collect or record consent from your group. Before any future chat export is shared for a recap, each participant must understand what will happen and agree. A consent check and withdrawal process are not implemented yet; chat import will remain unavailable until the consent flow is ready.

Account and website data

If you create an account, the sign-up form sends your email, password, and optional name to the site's authentication service to create your account. The app also has workspace and team settings for information entered there. This page does not make a retention or deletion promise for those account records.

When storefront analytics is configured, the site loads PostHog and records page views, automatic interaction events, and browser exceptions using cookie and local storage. Incoming campaign tags may be held in session storage for the visit. There is no analytics preference control in the site today.

Promises that are not in place yet

On-device processing, immediate deletion, deletion from backups or logs, chat-data retention periods, and AI-provider handling are not verified or implemented in the current app. We will publish the actual processing and retention details and build the consent controls before enabling WhatsApp import or recap generation. Until then, the app does not process chat content.
